Fall at Schwabachers Landing
| SEASONS |
The beaver ponds that create the
classic mirror shot of the Tetons are open from late spring
to early fall. I prefer the golden glow of the fall colors
to the normal green look of summer. The green shot looks best
from early June to early July. The fall shot looks best in
early fall, the last week in September typically, after a
light dusting of snow. |

TIMES
|
Most people go for the technicolor, alpenglow
cloud show just as the sun hits the Grand Teton at sunrise.
The golden light seen above, 30-60 minutes after is a pleasant
variation,especially with good fall colors.
